Feedback
Thank you so much for the training opportunity you gave us last year. We have been progressing very well. We have two labs in our only public school running on Fedora Core 5 LTSP. We also have three of our biggest grade schools doing the same thing. Our back end service is using Xen and FC5.

PWA Awards Night
Friday, Nov 24, 2000, 11:45 PM

For his untiring efforts to get the Electronic Commerce Act signed into law, Sen. Ramon Magsaysay Jr. received the Internet Man of the Year Award at the 3rd Philippine Web Awards tonight. The E-Commerce Act, also known as Republic Act No. 8792, is the merged version of Senate Bill No. 1902 and House Bill No. 9971. Magsaysay, a member of Bluepoint Foundation, was the primary author and sponsor of the bill.

Incidentally, Bluepoint was a finalist in the Corporate Category. The foundation thanks Alma Buelva and Kyo Suayan for being the most impartial and professional judges in the 3rd Philippine Web Awards.
